We have been through six great “I AM “statements, let’s recap…

1. “I AM” the Bread of life (John 6:35,41,48,51)

2. “I AM” the Light of the world (John 8:12)

3. “I AM” the Door of the sheep (John 10:7.9)

4. “I AM” the Good Shepherd (John 10:11,14)

5. “I AM” the Resurrection and the Life (John 11:25)

6. “I AM” the Way the Truth, and the Life (John 14:6)

 

Which brings us to, John 15:1, 5; he is the true Vine. Pardon me, “I AM” the true Vine.

This is the last of the I AM statements. We must become one of the branches of the vine!

We must produce fruit, or the vinedresser will take us away. We must abide in Him, and true

believers obey the Lord’s commands, submitting to His word. If we are devoted to His will

our prayers are fruitful (John 14:13, 14) in turn puts God’s glory on display as He answers.

 

Stay connected my friends, trust in the Lord and do good, dwell in the land and feed on His

faithfulness.
